A customer is a human being, of all sizes and colors. A customer is a child who needs help reaching a toy on a high shelf. One client is an elderly man who has lost his way in the labyrinth of hospital corridors. A client is a woman who doesn’t speak your language well and is explaining what she needs in the only way she can. A client is a co-worker asking for your help in providing services to the paying public.
